An Interview With Philip

I've seen this going around Bloglandia over the past couple months. I can't remember where I saw it first, but the most recent one was from Casey and her fiancé Eric. His answers had me rolling! So, after our walk this evening, I sat down with Philip for his turn. My apologies for his overuse of the word "stuff".

Me: What is the name of my blog?
Him: (long pause) Peaches in Missouri... *sigh*

Me: What do I typically write about?
Him: (thinking and mumbling to himself) Women having sex?

Me: What?!

Him: (Laughing) No. Um. Crafting stuff. Reviews. Workout regimen stuff. And your throwback stuff.

Me: What’s a popular fashion item for women right now?
Him: Assless chaps and leather high heels. Wait, no, that's strippers. I dunno, I'm not up to date on that stuff.

Me: Why do women go to the bathroom together?
Him: 'Cause they're freakin' weird and to measure boob sizes and stuff?

Me: What do you know about Pinterest?
Him: They have a lost of neat stuff and cool ideas. That's where I get those quotes and stuff I send you.

Me: I know (giggle).

Him: Cause you're my gorgeous wife.

Me: If you could have any job what would it be?
Him: A male stripper.

Me: Really?

Him: No. (Laughing uncontrollably)

Me: What is your real answer?

Him: I'd build and sell custom computers.

Me: What’s the best place to shop for women?
Him: The best place to shop for a woman for guy stuff or in general?

Me: Like a woman's favorite store.

Him: Kohl's is always a good place.

Me: What does YOLO stand for?
Him: You Only Live Once.

Me: What about OOTD?
Him: WTF is that? Never heard of that one.

Me: It's Outfit Of The Day.

Him: Oh that's why I've never heard of that. I've never had one of them.

Me: What is our favorite thing to do together? (I look up and he has a huge smile) Besides the bedroom...
Him: It's definitely not grocery shopping. Exploring new places, like when we went to HaHa Tonka or Eureka Springs.

Me: What do I do when I’m home alone?
Him: Read blogs and now you Study too.

Me: And what do you do when you’re home alone?
Him: Play video games.

Me: What is my favorite activity?
Him: Writing.

Me: What do women keep in their purse?
Him: The whole wide world and everything in between.

Me: What’s my favorite accessory?
Him: I would like to think it's your wedding ring.

Me: What celebrity would you let me have a free pass with?
Him: Jonah Hill? No. I'm not gonna do that to you. What about Judi Dench? You like her right?

Me: What celebrity would you like to have a free pass with?
Him: That is a trick question

Me: It's just for fun.

Him: I know. I'd probably have to say Jessica Alba.

Me: Good Choice. She's hot.

Him: Mmm hmm

Me: What’s an acceptable amount to spend on a makeup item?
Him: (Laughs) Do you really want me to answer that question?

Me: Yes.

Him: A couple bucks. Depends on what you're buying. 

Me: Ok like a price range.

Him: Like $1-$10

Me: What’s an acceptable amount to spend on a dress?
Him: $25 - $30. Didn't you get that really pretty dress from Target for like $25?

Me: My wedding dress?

Him: Yeah. 

Me: That's right.

Me: What’s my favorite TV show?
Him: It was Golden Girls when we first met. But now there's Big Bang Theory and Marriage Bootcamp too. Oh! and Game of Thrones.

Me: Who is a current celebrity “it” couple?
Him: Everybody knows like Brangelina.

Me: Anything else you’d like to say?
Him: Nope. I'm comedied out for the day.
